We look to leverage micro-cap funds into a significant position in target companies. They typically fit into one of the following situations:

Financially troubled companies where we purchase debt or an entire company

Stable companies with good growth prospects that are having difficulties

Companies that generally have good cash flow but have become recently unprofitable

Companies that have management changes, challenges, or other problems with execution

Companies in need of turnaround
Part of our investment philosophy is to deeply engage and work actively to growth the company. As such, we are looking for significant operational input. We are effectively a micro-cap private equity company.
